 @mindmateleeds visited Leeds East Academy this week. The students were asked to give their top tips for exam stress:

'A great, long walk always helps. Get yourself a hot chocolate, snuggle up and watch a movie. Taking time for yourself is key to relaxing'.

'If you are stressed, meditate or ask your teachers for helpful tips'.

'As long as you've tried your best, that's all that matters'

'Listen to relaxing music and take a warm bubble bath'

'Talk to a person you trust to get it off your chest'.
