Students of the Week
An Outstanding Contribution to the School Community
Each week, Leeds East Academy celebrates progress and achievement in our regular Student of the Week feature.
This week, we are delighted to honour the achievements of two students who have worked tirelessly in support of the Academy's recent Open Evening.
Marc and Aaron were two of several students who supported the Academy's Open Evening on 21st September. The evening is one of our most popular public events by some margin and this year the school was visited by a record number of families and prospective new students. From 3:30pm to 9pm, Aaron and Marc assisted in setting up the evening and supported throughout the night with a very mature and proactive approach.
Mr Stokes said: "I would like to thank everyone who helped showcase our remarkable school for Open Evening, however particular mention must go to Aaron who gave hundreds of parents a great performance on guitar, whilst Marc spoke directly with families to assist them around the Academy in addition to answering many questions from the public. Well done to you both on demonstrating impeccable manners and courtesy to our local community."
Who will be the next Student of the Week? It could be you...
